In this session, participants will dive a little deeper into the LS2 cataloging module.  Join Sarah Simmons from TLC as she covers more in-depth workflows in the new LS2 Cataloging module including how to print item barcode and spine labels, export records, bulk delete items, and how to easily add multiple copies for textbooks and equipment.  NOTE: Participants must attend the “Lite” session before attending this “Advanced” session. Sessions will be recorded for future reference.

1. Review of the new LS2 Cataloging interface

2. Using the Title Space to:

   • Add a new title (includes searching in LS2 Cataloging)

   • Edit a title record

   • Add a new item

   • Duplicating an existing item to add multiple copies

   • Adding multiple copies for textbooks and equipment

3. Using the Item Space to quickly edit/delete existing items

4. Specialized topics:

   • Using the Advanced Search & Exporting Records

   • eResource importing for schools with OverDrive Advantage
