So far every instance of a student's log-in failure has been related to the student's date of birth in Infinite Campus, which is imported to serve as the student's password. A school manager cannot view a password in the Beanstack mobile or web app, and may not have access to Infinite Campus to check. Those who have LS2 Staff for circulation of library materials have another way to find the student's date of birth and determine the Beanstack password for #808Reads.
First, log in to your LS2 Staff module from the LS2 Launch Page. Enter the student's name or ID number, or scan a barcode, then click on the Borrower Info button on the left side.
