How do I install the Offline Circulation Software on my computer?

The following link provides the offline circulation software downloads for Mac and PC as well as the installation and user instructions:

NOTE: if you have a previous Offline Circulation installed (prior to 7/29/2020),  remove the older version before installing the new version.
