Authentication for the Shared eBook Collection is checking against the active accounts in LS2, the library management system. If a teacher says they can't login to Sora, please check to make sure they have an active faculty account in LS2 for your school.
If the teacher does not have an account, please create a new borrower record in LS2 and use their 8-digit employee ID number as the primary ID number.
NOTE: If you cannot create a new account because the number is already being used, please email Selena Mobbs or Joanna Dunn with the teacher's name and employee ID number so SLS can move the teacher's borrower record from their previous school to your school.
Your teacher should now be able to login to the Shared eBook Collection.
